About
Alert Sounds
When
you receive an alert from URLy Warning, a sound plays. You can
choose the alert sound from our built-in list, or use your own.
This page lets you download additional high quality sounds to
augment those already installed with URLy Warning.
How
to Add Sounds
To
download a sound:
- Right
click on the sound you want to download from the list on the
right.
- Select
Save Link As (for Netscape) or Save Target As (for Internet
Explorer).
- When
asked to save the file, be sure to save it in the URLy Warning
program folder. (This is usually C:\Program Files\URLy Warning).
How
to Select a New Alert Sound
To
choose a new alert sound:
- Open
URLy Warning, and choose Options.
- Select
the name of the sound file from the list.
- Click
OK.

In
the list below, right click on the sound you want to download.
Once
you right click an item above, select Save Link As (for Netscape)
or Save Target As (for Internet Explorer).
